Coach - Katie Clarke has coached for over 12 years and
is a Silver Licence Coach. She runs her own small swim school
specialising in working with baby and preschool children. Her past
coaching experience has seen swimmers through to state and national
championships. Katie
Coaches everyone with a Yellow, Green, Purple or Red Cap as well as
the pre-squads
Having worked together for over 10
years Chrissy and Katie have an excellent working relationship and
personalities that compliment each other.
Together Chrissy and Katie have developed a unique
training program where swimmers progress through to reach the
highest level within the program. The idea behind this is to
encourage swimmers of all ages not to specialise in a particular
stroke too young, recognising that developing all strokes is
important for overall ability and strength.

Pre Squad
We have pre squad for those new to swim club this runs for 45
minutes. These swimmers training once a week until strong enough to
join the regular squads 1.5hrs a week or more. This is a great
program to attend if your still enrolled in learn to swim programs,
but would like a taste of what swim club is about.
Junior Squad
It is recommended those in the junior squads train twice a week
some will benefit from three sessions a week however we promote that
twice a week is the minimum for all club members.
Senior and State Squad
These swimmers must commit to 3 - 4 sessions each week. Once they
have their state times the minimum is 4 sessions a week. Swimmers at
this level must hold a Blue. Black, Bronze, Silver or Gold level cap
