 Who we are:

Established in 2003 Links Swimming Club Inc was set up to offer swimmers living in Moreland the opportunity to join and compete in a swimming club. prior to that swimmers had to travel outside of Moreland to have access to high quality coaching.  Our Coaches are highly qualified as well as coaching swimmers to compete at a club and district level they have also coached swimmers to State and National swim meets too. 

  • Children as young as 6 that can swim minimum 50m confidently in two strokes may try out

  • Great opportunity to learn about competitive swimming in a fun team environment

  • Parents and Swimmers should be prepared to commit to a minimum of 2 training sessions a week where possible, the club does NOT run 'swimming lessons'.

  • Club members also need to commit to doing any compulsory swim meets for their age group. (Approx 4 - 5 meets a year)

  • Your first two weeks training are free - places are limited due to lane space - so please call us today for your free assessment

2011 Training times are as follows:

  • Monday 7pm - 8:30pm - Coburg Leisure Centre

  • Wednesday 6:15pm - 7pm - Coburg Leisure Centre *

  • Wednesday 7pm - 8:30pm - Coburg Leisure Centre

  • Friday 5pm - 6pm Strathmore Secondary College Pool *

  • Friday 7pm - 8:30pm - Coburg Leisure Centre

* These two sessions are for pre-squad members 6 yrs+

Minimum 2 sessions a week is highly recommended, this is not a 'swimming lesson' it is squad training. While children will still learn about competitive swimming and the skills needed to compete as part of the team.
